Diea's Dish - Our Palo Santo is ethically and sustainably harvested. Peru has recently discussed passing new regulation whereby it will not allow the export of these large chunks anymore, only the small pieces that are commonly found here in the USA. Therefore, to get a piece this size is rare. These will be intuitively chosen. Note: The large size is the same height, but has a larger diameter making it a heavier weight.
